Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not offer refund on purchases, however you can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception before purchasing as refund and exchange will not be accepted. Online orders contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We provide private space to try on clothes so we will not expect exchange for the wrong size. Online purchase can be exchange if it is the wrong size as long as the item is not damaged in any way.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any question at jamilaalnoor@outlook.com.
